In case of positive experience of interaction wth the brand the system redirects customers to GOOGLE Maps where they leave positive feedback about the company. This increases company's image in search and trust of potential customers 

In case of negative experience of interaction wth the brand the system redirects customers to a feedback form, which is sent only to a manager after being filled in to improve company's performance
